1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of automatedworkflowai.com and any related pages, forms, and tools we operate (together, the "Site"). The Site is operated by Automated Workflow AI, a business of Encrypt Consulting ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. What We Offer

Automated Workflow AI provides AI workflow automation consulting and related tools, including custom automations, free workflow audits, and our quotes and invoice tool at quotes.automatedworkflowai.com. The Site describes our work and lets you contact us or request information. Descriptions on the Site are not a binding offer; any engagement begins only when both parties agree in writing.

Free workflow audits and any automation recommendations are provided for general informational purposes. Paid work is governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms. Our quotes and invoice tool may carry its own additional terms shown in the app.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, harvest, or data-mine the Site or its content by any automated means, including bots, spiders, scripts, or browser automation, other than standard search-engine indexing that respects our robots.txt file.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, structure, or underlying logic of the Site, its forms, or any tool or API we provide, except where applicable law expressly permits it despite this restriction.
• Copy, reproduce, republish, mirror, frame, or create derivative works from the Site or its content, including to train, fine-tune, or benchmark any machine learning or AI model, without our prior written permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our servers, databases, APIs, or accounts, or probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or bypass any security or access control.
• Interfere with or overload the Site, including by sending automated or excessive requests or submitting forms in bulk.
• Submit false, misleading, or unlawful information, impersonate any person, or submit another person's information without their permission.
• Use the Site or our contact information to send spam, malware, or unsolicited commercial messages.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice.

We may block access, remove content, and pursue any remedy available to us if we believe you have violated this section.

4. Intellectual Property

The Site and everything on it, including text, graphics, logos, images, layout, design, and code, is owned by or licensed to Automated Workflow AI, a business of Encrypt Consulting and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the Site for your own personal or internal business use. No other rights are granted, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved. The names and logos of Automated Workflow AI are our marks and may not be used without our written permission.

5. Information You Send Us

When you submit a form, send us an email, or book a call, you agree to give us accurate information. You grant us permission to use what you send to respond to you, evaluate your request, and provide our services, as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers, government ID numbers, health information, or other sensitive data through the Site's forms.

6. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to or rely on third-party services (for example, scheduling and hosting providers). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites or services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that its content is complete or current.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Automated Workflow AI, a business of Encrypt Consulting and its owners, officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Automated Workflow AI, a business of Encrypt Consulting and its owners, officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Acceptable Use, Intellectual Property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
